Returns are on us, no questions asked within 7 days of delivery. Gift with Confidence.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@kraftinn.com. Please mention your Order Number while requesting return. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

Gift Cards and Products in the Storage Category are non-refundable.

For Non-Indian buyers, the return shipping has to be arranged by the buyer. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept the return of gift cards and items in the storage category.

Replacements

We offer replacements for items damaged in transit. You are requested to provide us with photographic proof with order no. via an email to cust.care@kraftinn.com to initiate the replacement.

Refunds

Once a refund request is approved, a refund is issued to the original payment method. It may take up to 4 days to reflect the amount in your bank depending upon the payment method you chose. In the case of International Payments, the refund might take up to 15 days.

Looking to Cancel an Order?

You may request to cancel your order and get a full refund before the item is dispatched. Any cancellation request coming after the item is dispatched, will be treated as per return policy.
